Boost and stretch your body in the right way and learn to adapt the most important Yoga posture to your personal needs.
We start with pranayama (breathing exercise) to focus on our following practise. Warm up with some Yin Yoga exercises which goes deep to your fascias and will help you to get more flexibility. Following by Hatha Yoga & Ayur Yoga in movement & static holding to get more power. Closing down with pranayama & relaxing.
Afterwards we will have breakfirst together at Good Stuff Cafe Nerja.
Everybody can join this workshop – women & men all ages – with or without any yoga experience. We will be a maximum of 7 persons, so there will be enough time to give each of you a bit of personal support.
Costs: 25 € included breakfirst
Workshop will be held in english & spanish lenguage!
