- Yoga for golfers in groups: in our center in Nerja you will learn basic Yoga exercises which will help you to hit longer drives and to stay focused on the course
- One-to-one lesson: Adjusted exercises for your physical needs around your golf sport, adapted to your specific circumstances. These service we offer in our center in Nerja, as well at your residence or holiday home
- Yoga on the golf course: Warm-up Yoga on the golf court before your golf game
- 3 h intensive workshop “Yoga for golfers” to learn basic exercises for your own practise
